We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unsure, and alone in this journey. Branching Out was created by moms who have been there, navigating diagnoses, services, and a system that does not always make it easy.
We are a team of parents and professionals who believe in showing up with honesty, heart, and hands-on help. When you connect with us, you are not just finding services, you are finding people who truly see you, and who are ready to walk alongside your family, every step of the way.
We also work with families supporting young adults as they move into new stages of independence. Our services focus on community involvement, skill-building, and daily support that evolves as individual needs change.
We serve families raising children with developmental disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, and other qualifying diagnoses. Our support includes services like respite, habilitation, and in-home care designed to promote routine, growth, and stability.
We are proud to be part of a growing network of professionals, providers, and organizations who share our commitment to doing what is right for families. These connections allow us to better support the individuals we serve, and make sure no family has to navigate this journey alone.
